HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 744 RESOLUTION NO. 744 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V. 64-149 OF PATRICIAN. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. V 64-149) was filed to permit an attachment of an accessory building on the property described as Lot 16 of Tract 5327, 14532 Acacia Drive, Tustln, California Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application. Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and determines that unusual conditions exist which make the limitations of the zone of said property more restrictive than on other property in said zone, and that said variance would not be detrimental to other property in the neighbor- hood; and said variance should be adopted. Section 4: The variance, as applied for, is hereby Eranted to permit attachment of an accessory building to the main building and extending to 2.5 from the side lot line. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission, held on the 24th day of August, 1964.
