RESOLUTION NO. 743
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO.
V. 64-148 OF ENDERLE.
The Planning Commission resolves as follows:
Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and
determines that a proper application (No. V. 64-148) was
filed for a variance to permit parking on Droperty in the
R-3 property described as:
Portion of Lgt One of Vicente Yorba Tract,
M.M. 2-14 in the City of Tustin, County of
Orange, State of California, located at
Southwest corner of 17th and Yorba Streets.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly
called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application.
Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and
determines that unusual conditions of said property make the
limitations of said zone more restrictive on said property
than on other property in said zone, and that the proposed
variance would not be detrimental to the neighborhood; and
should be granted.
Section 4: The variance, as applied for, is
hereby granted, to permit parking in the R-3 zone, subject to
the following condition:
1. That the driveway have a minimum width of
25 feet.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetlnE of the
Planning Commission, held on the 24th day of August, 1964.
