HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 736 RESOLUTION NO. 736 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. 64-147 OF TED MAR CO. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, resolves as follows: Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. 6~-!~7) was filed for the erection of a 6 foot chain link fence at 15962 Myrtle Avenue, more particularly described as follows: The NW 54 feet of lot 23 Tract 4441 in the City of Tustin, County of Orange, California. Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application. Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and determines that because of the special circumstances of the subject property, the strict application of the zoning ordinance is found to deprive the subject Dropert.~? of privileges enjoyed by other properties in the ~vicinity and under identical zone classification. Section 4: A variance to erect a 6 foot chain link fence on the subject property, as applied for, is hereby granted subject to'the following conditions: 1. Landscaping satisfactory to the architecture Committee. 2. Accessibility satisfactory to 'the Fire Department. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission, held on the 27th day of July, 1964.
