"~ m .~-z, AN:',ING ISSIO~ OF RE..~._~U~ION OF THE THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO.U.P. 6a-166-A OF FIRST CHU~CH SF Ci. iHIST, SCI The Planning Commission of the City of Tustln, California, resolves as follows: Section 1: The P!anning Com~iss'i~on finds and determines that .a proper application (No. U.P. 64-166-A) was filed for the erection of a ch~rch at ~0 W. Main Street, more particularly described as POi!TI'~'~ OF LOT "U" ~.~ - Stafford Tustin Tract. Section 2:' The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application. Section }: The Planni~ng Commiss~on finds and determines th'~-~t the proposed use would not be detrimental to adjoinlns property or uses, nor to the general plan of the City of Tustln. Section 4: A Cond!tional Use Permit to erect a church as applied for, is hereby granted, subject to the fol lowin.,S conditions: 1. That there shall be provlded space for a total of 6~ parking spaces; th,~t ~.~ of said spaces be r~sved; th.'-~t the remainder be made unavailable for use ~nt."~l it i~ .paved. The paving materlal shall be aneroved by th~ C.~ty w'~]~neer. 2. That parking stalls shall be strlped~, each space to be a mlnimum of 9 feet by 20 feet. 3- All off street psrking shall be to the rear of the building. The c:rcular drive shall not be cons~.dered as part of the parking area, but used for load!~n.q and ~.nloading only. 4. A masonry wall six (6) feet in height shall be constructed along the East, South and West property lines, said wall shall be stepped down to three (3) feet in height at the front yard set back lines. 5. The existlng dwellinS shall be removed prior to issuance of a cer~ifica of use and occunancy for the church 6. All fire fighting equipment shall be located as direct..,~ by the Fire Chief. ? A set of final floor nlons shall be submitted · ~. ,~ ~. to the F~re Department. 8. Any lighting on the premises shall be shielded so as to direct all light onto the subject property.
