U.P. 64-145 OF SHELL OIL CO. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, resolves as follows: Section .1..: The Planning Commission f.inds and. determines that a proper application (No. U.P. 6g-1~5) for a sign on the property at 13891 Red Hill, more particularly described as fo].lows: That portion of .Lot 31 in Block 12 of Irvlne's Subdivision, in the county of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded .in book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of said lot, being on the center line of Red Hill Avenue, 66.00 feet wide, distant thereon North 39© 55' 18" East 425.58 feet from the inter- section of said center line with the center line of that certain 60 foot right of way conveyed to the State of California by deed dated July 1, 1914, and recorded November 24, 191~ in book 262 pa~e 227 of Deeds: thence North 39© 55' 18" East 135.00 feet thence North 50° 05' 57" West 200.00 feet; thence South 39© 55' 18" West 175.16 feet to ~he northerly line of the land described in the deed to the State of California;recorded September 23, 195~, .in book 282g page 523 of Official Records; thence easterly along said northerly line to the point of beginning. was filed on 6-25-64. Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application. Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and determines that the proposed, use would not be detrimental to adjoinin~ property or uses, nor to the .general otan of the City of Tustin.
