HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 733 RESOLUTION NO. 733 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING ESTABLISHMENT OF TEN-FOOT SET-BACK LINES ON FOURTH STREET. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California hereby resolves as follows: 1. After public hearing duly noticed and held, the Planning Commission finds and determines that it is in the best interests of the subject property, adjolnlno~ uses and adjacent properties, and in harmony with the general plan of the City of Tustln that the building set-back lines on the property in the "P-R", Professional-Residential Zone, along Fourth Street, be established at ten (10) feet from the right-of-way line. 2. The Planning Commission therefore recommends to the City Council that an Ordinance be adopted establishing said set-back line, and amending the Zoning Map of the City of Tustin accordingly.
