HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 731 RESOLUTION NO. 731 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V. 64-146 OF HOOPENGARNER. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, resolves as follows: Section l: The Planning Commission finds and determines' that a proper application (No. 640146)was filed by Hoopengarner to permit a reElnal life insurance office on the property described as follows: Lot 9 of Tract 5311 ...Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application. Section ~: The Planning Commlss~ ~ ~ ~ and determines that said proposed use would not be 4etrlmen~al to adjacent uses, adjoining properties nor to th,~: general plan of the City, and theft the subject property has peculiar geographical characteristics which made the restrictions of the zone it is in more restrictive upon it than such restrictions are upon other properties in the same zone. Section 4:' The Planning Commission hereby grants the variance, as applied for, to permit a regianal life insurance on the subject property subject to the following condltions: 1. That the 20 foot driveway as indicated on Plan "A" be maintained to allow two-way traffic (and if said driveway is ~n part on adjoining property, that an easement therefor shall be obtained, recorded and retained.) 2. That ap~ropriate trees, and facilities for watering them, be installed i~ the parkway. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission, held on the 13th dany of July, 1964.
