RESOLUTION NO. 729
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V 64-144 OF
SEXTON.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustln,
California, resolves as follows:
Section l: The Planning Commission finds and
determines that a proper application (No.V 64-144) was
filed by Sexton to permit a front yard set back of sixty
feet on the property described as follows:
Lot l0 of Tract 5311
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called,'
noticed and held a public hearing on sa&d application.
Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and
determines, that said propose~ reduced set back would not
be detrimental to adjacent prooerties or uses nor to the
general plan of the City of ~ustin, and that the subject
property has unusual geographical characteristics which
make the restrictions of the zone in which the property
is located more burdensome than they are on other properties
in the same zone.
Section 4:. The variance as applied for, is
hereby granted ~to permit a reduced front yard set back of
sixty feet (60) from centerline of Fourth Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning CommisSion, held on the 13th day of July, 1964.
