Kendig, City Attorney PUBLIC INPUT — None CLOSED SESSION ITEM - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters without members of the public present. The Successor Agency to the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency finds, based on advice from the City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matters will prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation: A. Motion carried 5 -0 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — REGULAR MEETING OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY HELD ON JUNE 19, 2012 Recommendation: That the Successor Agency to the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency approve the Action Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Successor Agency to the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency held on June 19, 2012. 2. SUCCESSOR AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 12 -07 APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY FOR JULY THROUGH DECEMBER OF FISCAL YEAR 201212013 The City Council acting as the Successor Agency to the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency is requested to approve the attached resolution adopting the budget for the Successor Agency for July through December of Fiscal Year 2012/2013. Recommendation: Adopt Successor Agency Resolution No. 12 -07, adopting the Successor Agency budget and appropriating $9,737,515 from the anticipated revenues of the Agency for July through December of fiscal year 2012/2013.
