HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 723RESOLUTION NO. 723 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V 64-143 OF SIMKUS The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: Section.l: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. V. 64-143) was filed by Simkus to permit a real estate sales office on the property described as follows: East 37.40 feet of Lot 23 of Tract 347, City of Tustln, County of OranEe, State of California. SeCtion 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application. Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and deter- mines that said property has unique, unusual and special circumstances which make the application of the req. ulre- ments of the zone the property is in more burdensome on it than on other properties in the same zone, and that a variance therefrom would not be detrimental to adjacent properties or uses nor to the general olan of ~he City of Tustin, and said variance should be granted. Section 4:~ A variance, as applied for, is hereby granted to permit a real estate sales office on the subject property, subject to the following condition: A) That applicant, prior to such use, grant to the City of Tustln a right of way, in form satisfactory to the City Attorney, sufficient to make a right of way sixty feet (60') from the centerline of First Street.
