A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V 64-143 OF
SIMKUS
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,
California, does resolve as follows:
Section.l: The Planning Commission finds and
determines that a proper application (No. V. 64-143)
was filed by Simkus to permit a real estate sales office
on the property described as follows:
East 37.40 feet of Lot 23 of Tract 347, City of
Tustln, County of OranEe, State of California.
SeCtion 2: The Planning Commission duly called,
noticed and held a public hearing on said application.
Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and deter-
mines that said property has unique, unusual and special
circumstances which make the application of the req. ulre-
ments of the zone the property is in more burdensome on it
than on other properties in the same zone, and that a
variance therefrom would not be detrimental to adjacent
properties or uses nor to the general olan of ~he City
of Tustin, and said variance should be granted.
Section 4:~ A variance, as applied for, is hereby
granted to permit a real estate sales office on the
subject property, subject to the following condition:
A) That applicant, prior to such use, grant to the
City of Tustln a right of way, in form satisfactory to
the City Attorney, sufficient to make a right of way sixty
