A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION
NO. 64-164 OF KENNEDY & HAUSE.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,
California, does resolve as follows
Section. l: The Planning Commission finds and
determines that a proper application (No. 64-164) was
filed by Kennedy & Hause for a Conditional Use Permit
for the property described as follows:
That portion of the west half of Lot 14 in
Block B of the A.B. Chapman Tract, in the
City of Tustin, County of Orange, State Of
California, as show~ on a map recorded in
Book 102, Page 15 of Miscellaneous Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of said
County, lying northerly and. easterly of the
following described line:
Beginning at a point on the South line of'
said Lot 14, South 87o521'18" East 437.65
feet from the northerly prolongation of
the West line of Yorba Street, 40 feet wide
said point being also on the center llne
of 17th Street, 50 feet wide; thence North
2o07'42'' East 50,000 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence parallel with the North
line of 17th Street, North 87°52'18" West
435.00 fee~; thence North 43°54'39'' West
42.81 feet; thence North 0o40'55" West 707.47
feet, thence North 2o07'46'' West 547.18 feet
to the northeast corner of land described in
deed to the State of California recorded in
Book 3594 Page 133 of Official Records.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called,
noticed and held a public hearing on said application.
Section ~:~ The Planning Comml. ssion finds and
determines that the granting of said Conditional Use Permit
would not be detrimental to the subject property, to adjacent
uses or properties, nor to the general plan of the City of
Tustin.
Sect.iqn 4: The Conditional Use Permit, as applied
for, is hereby granted subject to the following conditions:
1. Conformance to the Sign Ordinance of the
City of Tustln, California.
2. Said sign to be permitted for a period not
to exceed one (1) year from 4-13-64, subject to grant of
an additional period of the Planning Commission.
3. Applicant to post, prior to issuance of
a building permit a $100.00 cash bond with the City of
Tustin to guarantee removal of said sign within 60 days
after the end of the allowed period of the sign.
