A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
THAT THE PROPERTY OF STUTSMAN BE CHANGED TO
THE 100-CIP-10,000 ZONE ON APPLICATION NO.
Z.C. 63-137.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,
California, resolves as follows:
Section l: The Planning Commission finds and
determines that a proper application (No. Z.C. 63-137)
was filed to rezone the property described as follows:
Legal description attached hereto
.~and made a part hereof.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called,
noticed and held a public hearing on said application.
Section 3: The Planning Commission finds~and
dstermines that it is in the best interests of the subject
property and adjacent uses and properties to rezone said
property to the 100-CIP-10,000 zone, and in harmony with
the general plan of the City of Tustln.
Section 4: The Planning Commission recommends that
said property be rezoned to the 100-CIP-10,000 zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
held on the 13th day of April, 1964.

as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book l, Page 88,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California
in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly, described as follows:
The Northeasterly One-half of the Northeasterly one-half
of the Westerly one-quarter of said Lot 48 in Block ll
of Irvine's Subdivision, together with the Northeasterly
one-quarter of the Northwesterly one-half of the Southerly
one-quarter of said Lot 48 Subject to the reservation for
road purposes over the Northwesterly 30.00 feet of said
Lot 48.
Subject to all Covenants, Rights, Rights-of-Way and Easements
of Records.

The Southwesterly one-half of the Northeasterly one-half of
the Northessterly one-half of the Westerly one-quarter of said
Lot 48 in Block ll of IrvineS Subdivision, together with the
Southwesterly one-half of the Northeasterly one-half of
the Northwesterly one-half of the Southerly one-quarter of
said Lot 48.
Subject to the reservation for road purposes over'the North-
westerly 30.00 feet of said Lot 48.
Subject to all Covenants, Rights, Right-of-Way and Easements
of necords.

Reserving therefrom an easement for drainage purpose over
the Southeasterly 5.00 feet thereof.
Subject to the reservation for road purposes over the
Southwesterly 33.00 feet of said Lot 48.
Excepting therefrom the Southwesterly 161.]8 feet of the
Southeasterly 135.13 feet of the Northwesterly one,half of
the Southerly one-quarter of said Lot 48.
