A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING USE PERMIT
APPLICATION NO. U.P. 64-161 OF PATRICIAN BUILDING
AND DEVELOPMENT CORP.

APPLICATION NO. U.P. 64-161 OF PATRICIAN BUILDING
AND DEVELOPMENT CORP.
The Planning Commission of the Uity of Tustin, California
does resolve as follows:
Section 1: The Planning Commission ~inds and determines
that a proper application (NO. U.P. 64-161) was filed by Patrician
Building and Development Corp_. for a Use Permit for a sign on the
east side of Yorba between 17th and 4th Streets.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed
and held a'ou~lic hearing on said application on March 9, 1964.
Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that the granting of Use Permit 64-161, subject to the following:
1. The permit shall extend for a period of time not to
exceed one year from the date of final determination.
2. The sign copy shall be limited to directional informa-
tion only.
3. The sign shall comply with all requirements of the
Tustin Sign O~dinance No. 183.
4. The sign shall be located not less than 50 feet from
the centerline of l?th Street.
5- The apolicant shall remove the sign uoon exoiration o~
the oermit at no ex~oense to a~¥ public agency.
6. The ap01icant shall post a One-hundred dollar ($100.00)
removal bond.

eral welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood
~or be injurious or detrimental to property and imorovements in the
neighborhood or the general welfare of the City under the circum-
stances.
