A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA GRANTING USE PERMIT APPLICA-
TION NO. U.P. 64-160 OF THOMPSON ASSOCIATES

TION NO. U.P. 64-160 of tH THOMPSON ASSOCIATES.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does resolve as follows:
Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that a proper a~oplication (No. U.P. 64-60) was filed by Thompson
Associates for a Use Perm~[t for a sign at the northerly point of
Newport Ave. and Tustin Ave.
= Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application on March 9, 1964.
Section .~: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that the granting of Use Permit 64-160, subject to the following:
1. This permit shall extend for a period of time not to
exceed one year from the date of final determination, or if the
Newport Freeway is opened thru this section prior to the one year,
the permit shall terminate at that time and the sign shall be
removed.
2. The sign copy shall be limited to directional information
onlye
3- The sign shall comply with all requirements of the Tustin
Sign Ordinance No. 183.
4. The sign shall be located not less than 50 feet from
the centerline of Newoort Avenue.
5- The applicant shall post a $100.00 removal bond.
