HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 709 RESOLUTION NO. 709 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. U.P. 64-159 OF THOMPSON ASSOCIATES. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper applic~tion (No. U.P. 64-%59) was filed by Thompson Associates for a Use Permit for a sign at the most easterly corner of Newport Avenue and Mitchell Avenue. Section £: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application on March 9, 1964. Section 3.' The Planning Commission finds and determines that the granting of U.P. 64-159 subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit shall extend for a period of time not to exceed one year from the date of final determination. 2. The sign copy shall be limited to directional informa- tion only. 3. The sign shall comply with all requirements of the Tustin Sign Ordiance No. 183. 4. The sign shall be located not less than 48' from the centerline of Mitchell Avenue and 50' from the centerline of Newport Ave hue. 5. The applicant shall remove the sign upon expiration of the permit at no expense to any public agency. 6. The applicant shall post a $100.00 removal bond. is not detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort and gen- eral welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood nor be injurious or detrimental to property and improvements in the neighbor hood or the general welfare of the City under the circum- stances.
