A?PLICATION NO. U. P. 64-157 OF SMITH BROS. NO.
1. INC.
T The ~lanning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does resolve as follows:
.S?.c~%ion.l: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that a proper application (No. U. P. 64-157) was filed by Smyth
Bros. No. 1 for a use permit.
Se.c. tion 2. The Planning Commission duly called, noticed
and held a public hearinE on said application on March 9, 19~4.
Section ~. The Planning Commission finds and determines
that the placing of a sign at the most southerly corner of Newport
Avenue and Bryan Avenue, upon the following conditions:
1. The oermit shall extend for a period of time not
%o exceed one year from the date of final determination.
2. The sign copy shall be limited to directional
information only, as indicated on the attached drawing.
3. The sign shall comply with all requirements of the
Tustin Sign Ordinance No. 183.
4. The sign shall be of the size and in the location
indicated on the attached plans.
5. The applicant shall remove the sign uoon expiration
of the permit at no expense to any public agency.
6. The applicant shall post a One-hundred dollar
($100) removal bond.
