HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 706 RESOLUTION NO. 706 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CHANGE OF ZONE ON A PLICATION NO. Z.C. 63-133 OF RALPHS INDUSTRIES. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California does resolve as follows: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. Z.C. 63-133) was filed by Ralphs Industries for a change of zone of the following described property: The Southerly 670 feet of the East one-half of Lot 14, Block B of the A. B. Chapman Tract, as per map recorded in Book 102, Page 15 of Mis- cellaneous Maps, records of Orange, County, California. .Sec.tiqn 2' The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application on February 24, 1964. Section 3- The Planning Commission finds and determines that rezoning of the property as follows: The westerly 270' from the centerline of Yorba to be zoned PD-3500; the next 390' westerly, commencing 270' from centerline of Yorba to be zoned 100-C-1-P- 20,000, to total 660' ~esterlY of the centerline of Yorba to a uniform depth of 670' northerly of the centerline of 17th Street would be in the best interests of the subject property, surrounding properties and uses andwould be in harmony with the general plan of the City of Tustin. Section 4. The Planning Commission recommends that streets and improvements be essentially in accordance with Exhibit A and that a building set-back of ll0' from centerline of 17th St. be required. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 9th day of March, 1964.
