A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 5470
The Planning Commission of the City of T~stin, California,
does resolve as follows:
Tentative Tract Map No. 5470 is hereby approved subject
to the following conditions:
1. Disposal of sewage shall be by means of a public
sanitary sewage system.
2. Sewer lines, connections andstructures shall be
installed of the size, type, to the grades and in the locations
meeting the approval of the City Engineer and the County Sanitation
District No. 7. The subject tract shall also be annexed to the
Seventh Sewer Maintenance District.
3. The following requirements shall meet with the
aoproval of and conform to City Standards as determined by the City
Engineer:
a. Street names and signs within the Tract
b. The water distribution system and apourtenances
c. All provisions for surface drainage
d. Street imorovements, sidewalks, underground
water and gas utilities and street lights.
4. The on-site components of the system f~r the dis-
posal of sewage, proposed to be ny means of the City or Tustin and
District No. 7 facilities, shall comply with all laws administered
by the Superintendent of Building and Safe~y.
5. Those segments of the existing irrigation lines
within the boundaries of the oroposed lots, shall be removed, col-
lapsed and backfilled, or otherwise made to conform to the specifi-
cations of the Tustin Building Code.
6. No structures shall be placed on any part of the
S.A.V.I. Easement planned to burden proposed Lot Numbers l, 4 and 5
except those directly related to the purposes of said easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 27 day of
January, 1964.
