HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 702RESOLUTION NO. 702 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 5468 The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California does resolve as follows: Tentative Tract Map No. 5468 is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Disposal of sewage shall be by means of a public sanitary sewage system. 2. Sewer lines, connections and structures shall be installed of the size, type to the grades and in the locations meeting the approval of the City Engineer and the County Sanitation District No. 7. The subject tract shall also be annexed to the Seventh Sewer Maintenance District. 3. The following requirements shall meet with the approval of and conform to City Standards as determined by the City Engine er: a. Street names and signs within the Tract b. The water distribution system and appurtmnances c. All provisions for surface drainage = d. Street improvements, sidewalks, underground water and gas utilities and street lights. 4. An easement for the right of way of Newport Avenue shall be dedicated to the City of Tustin to a width of 50 feet from the centerline, said right of way shall be inproved in accordance with the approved section for a Primary Highway of the Master Plan of Arterial Highways. 5. Vehicular access rights from Lot No. 8 to Newport AVenue shall be dedicated to the City of Tustin and a note to this effect shall be lettered on the Final Map along said street. 6. Any cesspool or septic tank associated with the dwellings to be removed shall be emptied of sewage and filled with ap0roved material in compliance with the T~stin Plumbing Code. 7. The on-site components of the system for the disposal of sewate, proposed to be by means of the City of Tustin and District 7 facilities, shall comply with all laws administered by the Superintendeht of Building and Safety. 8. Those segments of the existing irrigation lines within the boundaries of the proposed lots, shall be removed, colapsed and backfilled, or therwise made to conform to the specifi- cations of the Tustin Building Code.
