HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 696 RESOLUTION NO. 696 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING ZONE CHANGE ON APPLICATION NO. Z. C. 64-134 OF MYER. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: Section l: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. Z.C. 64-134) was filed by Myer for zone change of the following described property: Southerly fifty feet (50') of the northerly one hundred ninety-three feet (193') of the westerly one hundred rineteen feet (ll9'~) of Block C as per map recorded in Book 4, Pages 218 and 219 of Miscellaneous Maps. Section 2: The Planning CommissiOn duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application on January 13, 1964. Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and determines that proposed zone change is in the best interests of the subject property, surrounding properties and uses and is in harmony with the general plan of the City of Tustin. Section 4: The Planning Commission recommends that said property be changed ~to the C-1 zone. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 13th day of January, 1964. CHAIRMAN OF THE ~LANNING CO.
