A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V 63-138 OF
PATRICIAN BUILDING AND DEVELOPING CORPORATION.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does resolve as follows:
Section l: A proper application (No. V 63-138) was filed
by Patrician Budding and Developing Corporation for a variance to
permit construction of detached garages fifteen feet from property
line for t~ property described as Lots 9, 16, 33 and 34 of Tract
5327, County of Orange, State of California.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly c~led, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application on November 25, 1963.
Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that'by reason of special circumstances t~ limitations of the
~rticular zone are more burdensome on t~ subject proper~ than
on other property in the same area and district, and that the
granting of said variance will not be detrimental to adjoining
property or adjacent uses, nor inconsistent with the general pl~
of the City of Tustin.
Section 4: The variance, as applied for, to permit con-
struction of detached garages accordi~ to plus submitted with t~
application and on file, except that said garages shall not be
closer than eighteen feet from the property line, is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of t~ City of Tustin, California, held on the 26th day
