A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A VARIANCE
ON APPLICATION NO. V. 63-136 OF STANVILLE.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does resolve as follows:
Section 1: That a proper application (No. 63-136) for
variance to permit connection of two single-family dwellings by
means of a temporary hall for sales purposes only was filed by
Stanville for the property described as Lots 2 and 3 of Tentative
Tract No. 5219.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application on November 25, 1963.
Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that by reason of special circumstances the limitations of the
particular zone are more burdensome on the subject property than
on other property in the same area and district, and that the
granting of said variance will not be detrimental to adjoining
property or adjacent uses, nor inconsistent with the general plan
of the City of Tustin.
Section 4.' The variance as applied for is hereby granted
to allow connection of two single family dwellings by means of a
temporary hall for sales purposes only, subject to the following
conditions .'
A. The variance shall have a time limit of one (1)
year from November, 1963;
B. The Building Department shall not issue a final
certificate of use and occupancy until the temporary hall shall
have been removed and the buildings restored to their original
single-family character at the expiration of this permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 28th
day of November, 1963.
