RESOLUTION NO. 687
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. V. 63-135 OF
TUSTIN PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California,
does resolve as follows:
Section l: That a proper application (No. V. 63-135) was
filed by Tustin Presbyterian Church for a variance to permit ex-
pansion of church facilities with only forty-two parking spaces
on the property described as Lots I through 7, inclusive and Lot 12,
all of Block 15 of Tustin City Tract.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application on November 25, 1963.
Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that by reason of special circumstances the limitations of the
parking requirements of the particular parking zone are more bur-
densome on the subject property than on other property in the same
area and district, and that the granting of said variance will not
be detrimental to adjoining property or adjacent uses, nor incon-
sistent with the general plan of the City of Tustin.
Section 4: The variance as applied for, to construct
additional church facilities according to plans on file, with a
total of forty-two parking spaces, is hereby granted, subject to
the limitation that all parking areas be paved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 26th day
of November, 1963.
