A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
VARIANCE ON APPLICATION V. 63-134 OF CHANDLER.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California
does resolve as follows:
Section l: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that a proper application (No. V. 63-134 of Chandler) was filed to
permit construction of an office building on a lot in the C-2P zone
said property description as:
Starting 162.5' from corner of Third Street
and "D" Street on "D" Street - 140' East,
15' South, 140' North & 15' North.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application on October 28, 1963.
Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that by reason of its peculiar size, the zoning requirements of the
zone in which the subject property is located are more burdensome
on the subject property than on other property in the same zone and
area, and that there is thereby imposed a hardship; that said pro-
posed use and development will not be detrimental to surroundings or
adjacent uses or properties nor to the general plan of the City of
Tustin.
Section 4: The variance as applied for is hereby granted
subject to the following conditions:
a. The applicant shall pave the entire parking area
on the rear of the lot;
b. The Pepper tree shall remain in its present
location;
c. The building shall be located as indicated on
the plot plan;
d. The front of the property shall be landscaped
as indicated on the plot plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 28th day
of October, 1963.
