HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 679RESOLUTION NO. 679 A RESOLUTION OF TKE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. U.P. 63-152 OF SADDLEBACK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does resolve as~follows: . Section l: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. U.P. 63-152) was filed by Saddleback Development Company for erection of a 8x12 temporary directional sign on the southeast corner of Prospect and Fourth Streets. Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application on October 14, 1963. Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and determines that the granting of said Conditional Use Permit will not be detrimental to the subject property, the adjoin- ing property or adjacent uses, and will be in harmony with the general plan of the City of Tustin, California. Section 4: The ConditionalUse Permit as applied for is hereby granted for erection of an 8x12 temporary directional sign at the southeast corner of Prospect and Fourth Streets, on the following terms and conditions: (a) The permit shall extend for a period of time not to exceed one year from the date of final determination. (b) The sign copy shall be limited to directional information only. (c) The sign shall complywith all requirements of the Tustin Sign Ordinance No. 183. (d) The sign shall be located outside the existing right of way of both Fourth and Prospect Streets. (e) The applicant shall remove the sign upon expiration of the permit, at no expense to any public agency. (f) The applicant shall post a one hundred dollar removal bond. ]9 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Plauning Commission held on the 14th day of October, 1963.
