A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
CHANGE OF ZONE ON APPLICATION Z.C. 63-132,
INITIATED BY THE CITY OF TUSTIN
The planning Commission of the City of Tustin does
resolve as follows:
Section l: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that proceedings for change of zone were duly initiated by the City
of Tustin for the properties lying between First, Fourth, Prospect,
and Newport, in the City of Tustin, California.
Section 2: That a public hearing on said proposed zone
change was held before the Planning Commission on October 14, 1963.
Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and determines
that it is in the best interests of the subject property and surround-
ing properties and is in harmony with the general plan of the City
of Tustin that said properties be rezoned from the "U" Zone to the
"C-l" Zone, and such recommendation is hereby made to the City
Council of the City of TuStin, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a ~regular meeting of thePlanning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 14th day
of October, 1963.
