HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 673 RESOLUTION NO. 673 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CHANGE OF ZONE ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 63-129 OF BOSE. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. Z.C. 63-129) for change of zone was filed by BOSE for the property described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of Williams Street 774.16 feet north of a point which is 20 feet south and 33 feet east of the south- east corner of Lot K of the Stafford and Tustin Tract in the County of Orange, State of California, as per map thereof recorded in Book 2, pages 618 and 619 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, and running thence S. 89© 37½' West 918.97 feet to a point in the west line of said Block K. thence N. 0 44~' East 212.68 feet to the northwest corner of said Block K, thence east along the north line of said Block K and the continuation thereof 917.50 feet to a point in the center of Williams Street and thence S 0© 18½' West 214.16 feet to the point of begin- ning. 2. The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said Application on September 30, 1963; at said hearing the following persons spoke: MERVIN BOSE JOHN SIEGEL 3. The Planning Commission finds and determines that said rezoning is in the best interests of the subject property, adjoining property, and adjacent uses, and is in harmony with the general plan of the City of Tustin. 4. The Planning Commission recommends said property be rezoned from the "U" to the "PD" zone. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 30th day of September, 1963.
