RESOLUTION NO. 671 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THAT APPLICATION FOR ZONE CHANGE (No. Z.C. 63-128) OF PROPERTY OF PLUM BE DENIED The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, resolves as follows: Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. Z.C. 65-128) was filed on behalf of.CHARLES PLUM, et al, for change of zone to the C-1 Zone'of the Property described as: Property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and made a part hereof. Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application on August 26, 1963. At said hearing the following persons spoke: CHARLES PLUM, MR. COLGAN. Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and determines that said proposed change of zone is not in the best interests of the subject property, adjacent property and adjoining uses, and is not in harmony with the general plan of the City of Tustin. Section 4: The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that said zone change application be denied. Section 5: It is further resolved that the matter of the proper zone of said property be referred to the Plan- ning Adviser for study and recommendation at the meeting of the City Council on September 16, 1963, and that further and continued hearing on said zone change be held on September 16, 1963. EXHIBIT A Description of Property All that certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Tustin, described as follows: That portion of lot G of the Stafford and Tustin Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 2, Page 618 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot G, said corner being the intersection of the South line of Main Street, (80'0© feet wide) with the intersection of the East line of Williams Street (66.00 feet wide) as shown on said map; thence North 88° 51' 45" East 166.18 feet along the said South line of Main Street to the Northwest corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the State of California by deed recorded August 5, 1954 in Book 2?85, Page 254 of Official Records of Orange County; thence South 1° 08' 15" East 10.00 feet along the Westerly line of said land of the State of California; thence North 88° 51' 45" East 174.68 feet along the Southerly line of said land of the State of California; thence South 0° 46' 15" East 3?6.24 feet parallel to the East line of Williams Street; thence South 88° 51' 45" West 340.86 feet to a point in the East line of Williams Street; thence North 0° 46' 15" West 386.£4 feet along said Easterly line of said Williams Street to the point of beginning. The above described land contains 3.00 acres, more or less. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting on the Planning Commission of theCity of Tustin, ~California, held on the 26th day of August, 1963.
