HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 667RESOLUTION NO. 667 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. U.P. 63-146 OF MULLANEY The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application '(U~P. 63-146) was filed on behalf of CRAWFORDM. MULLANEY, for a conditional use permit and approval of plans for a garden apartment development in the P-D Zone. Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application on August 12, 1963. S.eqti0~ ~: The Planning Commission finds and determines that the proposed plans are in keeping with the letter and intent of the P-D Ordinance, and in keeping with the surrounding property and the general plan of the City of Tustin. Section 4: The Conditional Use Permit as applied for is hereby granted, and the plans are approved, subject to the following conditions: (a) Disposal of sewage shall be by means of a public sanitary sewage system. (b) The subject development shall be annexed to the 7th Sewer Maintenance District. (c) The applicant shall dedicate to the City of Tustin, the right of way as indicated along the southeasterly side, said right of way shall be fully improved meeting the approval of the City Engineer. (d) The right of way for San Juan Street across the entire frontage of the proposed development shall be improved with concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalk, drive approaches and paving, meeting the approval of the City Engineer. (e) The applicant shall provide a system of underground utilities. (f) The applicant shall construct a six (6) foot masonry wall along the northeasterly and northwesterly property lines. (g) All buildings and structures shall be of the size and type and in the locations indicated on the plot plan. (h) All water mains shall be installed to form a loop system. (i) Hydrants - seven (7) fire hydrants shall be installed of the James Jones #378 or an approved equal. (j) All water mains shall be of Transite Class #150. (k) One (1) gate valve shall be~installed at each fire'hydrant between the main line and the hydrant. (1) A minimum of three (3) section valves shall be installed meeting the approval of the Fire Department, (m) All Fire Extinguishers shall be located as directed by the Fire Chief. (n) One copy of a map showing the location of all main water lines as constructed shall be filed with the Fire Department. (o) At least one copy of the above map shall be located in a conspeicuous place, under glass, within the development for emergency pur- poses meeting the approval of the Fire D~partment. (p) There must be provided to the property available water flow of 2500 gallons per minute. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 12th day of August, 1963.
