HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 666RESOLUTION NO. 666 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING ZONE CHANGE ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 63-126 OF NEWPORT COLONIAL CORPORATION. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: section 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (Z.C. 63-126) was filed on behalf of NEWPORT COLONIAL CORPORATION for a change of Zone to the P-D Zone for the property described as follows: Property in the State of California, County of Orange, described as: The North 8 acres of Lot "H" of the "Stafford and Tustin Tract", as per map recorded in book 2, pages 618 and 619, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; and The East l0 acres of the following: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot "I" of the "Stafford adn Tustin Tract", as shown on a map thereof recorded in book w, pages 618 and 619, Miscellaneous records of Los Angeles County, California, running thence South 67.25 rods to the land formerly owned by Ed Abbott; thence East 48 rods; thence North 67.25 rods and thence West to the point of beginning. Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed, and held a public hearing on said application on August 12, 1963. Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and determines that it is in the best interests of the subject property, adjoining property and adjacent uses that said zone change be granted and said zone change is in harmony with the general plan of the City of Tustin. Section 4: The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that the aforesaid property be changed to the P-D Zone.
