AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
MODIFYING AND AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, ORDINANCE NO. 157, AS AMENDED
BY THE ADDITION THERETO OF SECTIONS 4.15 & 5.31
The City Council of the City ofIT~stin, California,
does ordain as follows:
The Zoning 0rdinance~ of the City of Tustin, being
Ordinance No. 157, as amended, is hereby modified and amended by
the addition thereto of Section 4.15, to read as follows:

trict.

subject to the issuance of a
Use Permit therefor, as pre-
scribed in Section 7.2: Electric
distribution substations, gas
metering and regulating sta-

The Zoning Ordinance of the' City of T~sti~[ No.
157, as amended, is hereby modified and amended by the addition
of Section 5.31, to read as follows::
Section ~.31: No dwelling or main buklding one-
story in height shall be close~'than ten (lO) feet to any other
dwelling or main building of equal height on ~the same building site;
and no dw&lling or main building wto stories in height shall be
closer than 15 feet to any other dwelling or main building upon
the same building site.
