HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 664 RESOLUTION NO. 664 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 5142 OF TUSTIN VILLAGE, INC. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California does resolve as follows: Section 1: That Tentative Tract Map No. 5142, submitted by TUSTIN VILLAGE, INC., should be, and the same hereby is approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. Disposal of sewage shall be by means of a public sanitary sewage system. 2. Sewer lines, connections and structures shall be installed of the size, type, to the grades and in the locations meeting the approval of the City Engineer, and County Sanitation District No. 7. 3. The following requirements shall meet with the approval of and conform to the City of Tustin standards, as determined by the City Engineer: a. Water distribution system and appurtenances b. Street improvements and underground utilities c. All provisions for surface drainage 4. The sewer easements within the tract shall NOT be dedicated to the City of Tustin. 5. The subdivider shall improve that portion of Tustin Village Way abutting this development, with concrete sidewalks and drive approaches. 6. The subdivider shall improve the east side of Williams Street within the existing right of way abutting this development with concrete curbs, gutters, drive approaches and paving meeting the approval of the City Engineer. 7. Those segments of the existing irrigation lines within the boundaries of the proposed lots, shall be removed, collapsed and backfilled, or otherwise made to conform to the specifications of the City of Tustin Building Code. 8. Prior to the transmittal of the Final Map to the City Council, either the existing house, and outbuilding, shall be removed or an agreement with the City providing for the removal of said structures, secured by a faithful performance bond, shall be entered into in a form satisfactory to the Superintendent of Building and Safety. Said agreement, in a form suitable for recording and in part unconditionally granting said City the right to enter upon the tract premises for the purposes of effecting the aforementioned removal, if necessary, shall be signed by the landowner and recorded. 9. That there shall be a minimum of fifteen feet between buildings. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 22nd day of July, 1963. V. 62-125 OF NELSON & NELSON. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, resolves as follows: Section 1: Resolution 617 granting a variance on application No. V 62-125 of NELSON & NELSON is hereby amended to allow the applicant to construct a six-foot (6') perimeter wall on said premises.
