CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL

OF AYRES REALTY.
The Plannign Commission of the City of Tustin,
California, does resolve as follows'
Sectio_~. i' The Planning Commission finds and
determines that a proper application, (No. C.U.P. 63-144)
was filed on behalf of AYES REALTY, for a real estate di-
rectional sign on the property described as 1400 Newport
Blvd., Tus t in, Cal if ornia.
S__ec. ti. on 2: A public hearing was duly called,
noticed and held on said application on May 27, 1963.
Section ~.: The Planning Commission finds and
determines that the proposed use will not be detrimental
to the health, safety, morals, comfort and. general wel-
fare of the subject property, and its use, to the adjacent
properties, improvements an~ use, or to 'the general welfare
of the City of Tustin.
Section 4: The Planning Commiusion finds and
deter~ines that the conditional use permit as applied for
should be, and the same hereby is granted, for a real
estate directional sign, subject to the following con-
ditions'
(1) The permit shall extend for a period of
time not to exceed one year from the
date of final determination of the appli-
cat i on;
(2) The sign shall comply with Ordinance No.
'183, The Tustin Sign Code, and the Land-
scaped Freeway Sign Ordinance;
(3) The applicant shall remove the sign upon
expiration of the permit;
(4) That the applicant post with the City Clerk
a ~100 cash bond, to guarantee removal.
PASS_ED- , AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission, held on the 10th day of June,1963.

regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 10th
