C.U.P. 63-143, OF AYRES REALTY. h~ PLANEI.NG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRAI',~ING A C0~,~)ITIONAL USE PERMIT UPON APPLICATION NO. C.U.P. 65-!43, OF AYRES REALTY. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: Section_ 1:_ The Planning Commission finds and de- termines that a proper application, (No C.U.P. 63-143) was filed on behalf of AYRES REALTY, for a real estate direction- al sign on the property described as 1703~ McFadden Street, Tustin, California. Seotio_~ .2:.. A public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application on May 2?, 1963. S.~qti0n ~.:. The Planning Commission finds and determines that the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, morals , comfort and general welfare of the subject property, and its use, to the adjacent properties, improvements and use, or to the general welfare of the City of Tust in. Section ~: The Planning Commission finds and deter- mines that the conditional use permit as applied for should be, and the same hereby is granted, for a real estate directional sign, subject to the following conditions: (1) The permit shall extend for a period of time not to exceed one year from the date of final determination of the application; (2) The sign shall comply with Ordinance No. 183, The Tustin Sign Code, and the Landscaped Free- way Sign Ordinance; (3) The applicant shall remove the sign upon ex- piration of the permit; (~%) That the applicant post with the City Clerk a ~ii~100 cash bond, to guarantee removal. 3o~ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetlng of the PlannZng Commission, held on the 10th day of June, 1963.
