A RESOLUTION 0F THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT UPON APPLICATION NO. C.U.P. 63-142,
OF AYRES REALTY.

OF AYRES REALTY.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tus'tin,
California does resolve as follows'
Sectionl~: The Planning Commission finds and de?
termines that a proper ap'!~lication (No. C.U.P. 63-142) was
filed on behalf of AYRES REALTY, for a real estate direction-
.al sign on the property described as 17354 McFadden Street,
Tustin, California.
Sectiqn. 2~: A public .hearing was duly called,
noticed and held on said application on May 27, 1963.
S~ection ~' The Planning Commission finds and
determines that the pro'!~osed use will not be detrimental to
the health, safety, morals, comfort and general welfare of
the subject property, and its use, to the adjacent proper-
ties, improvements and use, or to the general welfare of the
City of ~u~:~tin.
Sect%on .4.:.. The Planning Commission finds and
determines that the conditional Use Permit as applied for
should be, and the same hereby is granted for a real estate
di.~?ectional sign, subject to the following conditions'
(1) The permit shall extend for a period of time
not to exceed one year from the date of final
determination of the application;
(2) The sign shall comply with Ordinance No. 183,
"The Tustin Sign Code" and the Landscaped
Freeway Sign Ordinance;
(3) The applicant shall remove the sign Upon
expiration of the permit;
(4) That the ap'm..olicant post with the City Clerk
a ~100 cash bond, to guarantee removal.

ning Commission, held on the 10th day of June, 1963.
