AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN
TO PROVIDE A "Pr" PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does as
follows:
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin, California,
Ordinance No. 157, as amended, is hereby modified and amended by
the addition therto of Section 4.14, which shall read as follows:

The Zoning Ordiance of the City of Tustin, Ordinance
No. lJ?, as amended, 'is hereby modified and amended by the addition
thereto of Section 5-30, to read as follows:
Section 5.30; "Pr" Zone Regulations. The "Pr" Profes-
sional Zone, shall have the following, conditions and regulations:
(1) General conditions and regulations of building and
site use for all' permitted Uses except single family dwellings and
those accessory structures, buildings and uses normall incident to
the uses of a building or premises for single family occupancy,
subject to the requirements of the R-1 District;
(a) Except for parking areas, which my be unenclosed,
all uses shall be conducted wholly within an
enclosed b~ilding.
(b) All storage shall be within an enclosed building,
and shall be limited to the accessory storage of
supplies utilized in the business conducted upon
the premises.
(c) Off-street parking space or garages shall be pro-
vided as required, and said parking space or garages
shallUibe located and arranged so that vehicles
enter the street trave-ling in a forward direction.
(d) All portions of the building site, exclusive of
structures, parking areas, driveways and Walkways,
shall be landscaped and maintained.
( e ) Any lights illuminating the grounds, driveways,
walk~,~ays, signs, parking areas or building exteriors
or interiors shall be installed and maintained in
such a manner as to confine direct rays to the
premises and prevent direct rays or glare onto
neighboring properties.
(f)No Certificate of Use and Occupancy shall be
granted until these requirements are met.
(2) General conditions and reguhtions for t~ establis~
ment, operation ~d maintenance of all permitted uses are as
follows:
(a) Prior to t~ issuance of a ~ding Permit ~ the
Department of hilding and Safer, the following

Provisions for landscaping of t~ proper~, including,
but not mimited to, Orovisions for screen planting,
lawn areas, trees, shrabs, irrigation, driveways
and walkways.

certify that the whole number of the members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced and read at the
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th day of
February, 1963'and was given its second reading and duly
passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of
March, 1963, by the following vote:
