A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO.
V. 62-129 OF M.J. SHERIDAN

The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,
California, does resolve as follows'
Section 1' The Planning Commi'~;sion finds and de-
termines that a proper application (No. V 62-129) for variance
was filed on be half of M.J. Sheridan, for a variance to per-
mit attachment of an existing detached structure to the main
building by means of an aluminum cover or roof, for the pro-
perty described as:

Lot 15 of Tract 4171, Book 62, Page 63
of Teodicio Yorba Allotment.
~__~tiDn 2: A public hearing was duly called, no-
ticed and held on said Application on May 27,1963, at 7'30
P.M., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 145 W. Third Street,
first in, California.
SE..ctio~...~: The Planning Commission finds and deter-
mines, (1) that spec~...~l circumstances exist because of the par-
ticulr_~r size, shape and nature of the subject property which
make the zone restrictions of the zone in which said property
is located more burdensome than upon other property in the
same zone, and which cause undue and unusual hardship upon
said property; (2) that the proposed use by variance will not
be prejudicial or harmful to adjacent properties or their use;
(3) that said proposed use by variance will not Ue detrimental
to the City of Y.~stin, its general plan, to the intent of the
Zoning Ordinance or the public safety, health and welfare.
Section 4: That the variance as applied for should
be, and the same hereby is, granted, to permit attachment of
existing structure to the main building by means of an alum-
inum cover or roof.
PASSED AND ADO?TED at a regular meeting of the Plan-
nlmg Commi?sion of the City of'Tustin, California, held on
