HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 641 RESOLUTION NO. 641 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING APPROVAL ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UPON APPLICATION NO. U.P. 63-138 OF SMITH. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, does resolve as follows: Section 1: A conditional use permit is hereby granted upon the application (No. U.P. 63-138) of Richard B.' Smith subject to the following conditions: 1) All Streets and alleys shall be not less than twenty-five feet (25') in width; 2) On the area designated as "fire access" upon the map of the subject property there shall be installed a fire road of not less than two (2) four foot (4') strips of asphalt or cement with a two foot (2') landscaped strip be. tween the ~foresaid strips, with said paved strips to be of strength sufficient to support firefighting equipment; clear- ance over said strips shall be not less than fifteen feet (15') 3) Chains barring access, together with "No Parking" signs shall be installed at the entrances of the aforesaid fire road: 4) Portions of eaves which are less than thirteen feet (13') above fire roads and for drive ways shall not over- hang the same by more than six inches (6"); 5) Utility pole crossarms and wires shall be located not less than thirteen feet (13') above fireroads and driveways; 6) Fire hydrants shall be located as shown on map filed with said application and shall have a six inch (6") riser with at least one (1) four inch (4") outlet and one (1) two and one-half inch (2~-") outlet.
