HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 640 RESOLUTION NO. 640 A RESOLUTION 0F THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0F TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING APPROVAL ON APPLICATION NO. U.P. 63-157 OF PROUT The Planning Commission of the City of Tustln, California, does resolve as follows: The application (No.U.P. 65-137) of WILLIAM D. PROUT and plans submitted therewith are hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1) No. building permit shall be issued for any por- tion of this development un~il the street ease- ment crossing the railroad has been recorded. Said easement shall meet with the approval of the City Engineer and the City Attorney. 2) Disposal of sewage shall be by means of a pub- lic sanitary sewage system. 3) In no event shall cross arms and utility service wires be located less than thirteen (19) feet above any paved surface used as a driveway. 4 ) No eave shall project more than six (6),inches if within thirteen (13) feet above any paved surface used as a driveway. 5) Fences shall not be installed in any area that will interfere with FIRE SUPPRESf~ION AS deter- mined by the Fire Chief. 6) The area indicated as a "Fire Access Lane" shall be kept Unobstructed to permit the entering of fire fighting equipment. ?) The entrance to the "Fire Access Lane" shall be controlled by a chain or removable post so pri- vate vehicles may not enter said Lane: The method of control shall meet w1th the approval of the Fire Chief. 8) A rain ~num of two (2) Fire Hydrants shall be in- stalled one at the entrance to the "Fire Access Lane" and one at the southerly side of the most northerly carport, meeting the approval of the 283 Fire Chief. 9) The Fire Main shall be a minimum of six (6) inches in size and shall extend to the most northerly end~ of the subject property.
