ING DENIAL OF CHANGE OF ZONE ON APPLICATION
NO. Z.C. 63-116 FOR REZONt~!G FILED ON BEHALF

The Planning Com~i~sion of the City of Tustin,
California does hereby resolve as follows:
.s...e.ct~on 1_: The Planning Commission finds and
determines that a proper application (no. Z.C. 63-116)
for rezoning was filed on behalf of Harry Gates to re-
zone from the R-1 to the R-3 zone, the property describ-
ed as follows:
The east 166 feet of the west 316 feet of the
south 250 feet of Block "C", Tustin City, as
per map recorded in Book 4 pages 218 and 219
of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
Excepting therefrom the West 50 feet of the
south 150 feet.

tin, California, resolves as follows'
