Z.C. 63-115 OF CAPITOL ALLIANCE CORPORATION. The Planning Com?.~i ss ion of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows' S~ction .~_:~ The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper application (No. Z.C. 6)-li~) was filed for rezoning on behalf of CAPITOL ALLIANCE CORP. to rezone to the PD zone from the R-2 zone. The property is desmribed as follows: That portion of the Southeasterly half of the Northeasterly half of Lot 16, Block 12, Irvine's Subdivision, in the County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof re- corded in Book 1, page 88, Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, lying Northeasterly of the following described line' Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of said Southeasterly half of the Northeast- o erly half of Lot 16, distant thereon S. 39 ~' 21" W. 36~.00 feet from the Easterly cor- ner of said Southeasterly half of the North- easterly half thenoe N. ~0° 01' 07" W. ~10.~ feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 12~0.00 feet; thence Northwesterly 1~0.62 feet along said ourve through a central angle of 6° ~?' 3~" to a point on the Northwesterly line of said Southeasterly half of the North- easterly half distant along said Northwesterly line S, 39° 56' 17" W, 374,30 feet from the ~ortherly corner of said. Section 3: The Planning Coms~ission finds and determines that it is in the public interest of the City · Of Tustin, and consistent with the city general plan that said property be rezoned to the PD zone, and re- commends to the City Council that said property be SO rezoned. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, held on the l!th day of March, 1965.
