The Planning Co~mr~ission of tlle City of Tustin,
California, does resolve as follows:
Section, 1: The PlannJ.ng Commission of the City o£
Tustin, Ca!if'ornia, finds and deter: ines that a proper application
for ~zoning (62-115) has been filed on behalf of SA~!TA
D~VELOP,..~..:, COkP~u'~ for ttle property described as follows:
All t?~t certain land situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, City of lklstin, described as follows:
The Southeasterly 7.771 acres of the Northeasterly
one half of Lot 17 in Block 12 of Irvine's Sub-
division as shown on a Map recorded in Book l, Page
88 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, and being more ?~rticularly described
as follows:
Begining at theE:~ster!y corner of sai_d Lot 17, said
point being in the center line of that certain public
highway cc~:.ionly known as Bz~yan Ai~nue, and running
thence from said oo~t of beginning, Southwester~
along the Sou~i:.~aster}~ !~_ne of said Lot 17, 661.15

Section 2: The P!an:'iLng Com:~:ission of the City of
~lstin duly called, iloticed and held a public he:-iring on said
applic'~tion on November 13, 1962, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall. Mr. William Gray, in be!ialf of the
applicant, spoke in favor of said application.
