AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
MODIFYING AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN BY REZONING THE PROPERTY OF SANTA
AN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY TO THE P D ZONE.
The City O~u~cil.k~f the City of T~stin, California, does
ordain as follows:
Section l: The City Council finds and determines that a
proper application for rezoning was filed on behalf of SANTA ANA
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, for rezoning of the property described as
follows:
All that certain land situated in the State of California,
County of Orange, City of Tustin, described as follows:
The Southeasterly 7.771 acres of the Northeasterly one-
half of Lot 17 in Block 12 of Irvine's Subdivision, as
shown on a Map recorded in ~ook L, Page 88 of MiscellaneOus
Maps, records of Orange County, California, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BegLnning at the Easterly corner of said lot 17, said
point being in the center line of that certain public
highway commonly known as Bryan Avenue, and running thence
from said point of beginning, SouthweSterly along the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 17, 661.15 feet to the
Southerly corner of the NOrtheasterly 0ne-half of said Lot
17; thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of
said Northeasterly one-half of Lot 17, 523.30 feet to a
point; thence Northeasterly parallel with the Southeasterly
lindline of said Lot 17, 548.61 feet to a point in the Easterly
prolongation of the center line of Main Street in the Town
of Tustin; thence Easterly along said prolongation, 175.14
feet to a point in the northeasterly line of said' Lot 17,
said line being the center line of said Bryan Avenue;
thence Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line, 389.15
Z~!~ feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting that portion inclid~dgwithin Main Street and
Bryan Avenues.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly held a regularly
called and noticed public hearing on November 13, 1962, at 7:30 P.M.
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, City of Tustin, California.
Section_~: The Planning Commission found and determined
that the public interest would be preserved and promoted by rezoning
said property to P D Zone, and it recommended said rezoning.
Section 4: The City Council duly called, noticed and held
a public hearing on December 3, 1962, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, City of Tustin, ~alifornia.
Section ~: The ~ity Council finds and determines that it
is in t~s public interest and in furtherance of proper zoning of the
City to rezone said property to the P D Zone, and does hereby modify
and amend the zoning map of the City of Tustin, adopted, approved and
incorporated by Ordinance 157, as amended, by change of the above-
described property to the P D Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 7th day of January, 1963.

ps. ssed and adopted at a regular meeting. held on the 7th day of
January, '1963, by the following vote.
