RESOLUTION OF THE PLANWING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMEND-
ING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE REZONING OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THIRD STREET TO C22
ZONE
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin
California, does hereby resolve as follows:
S..e...c.tion 1: Pursuant to ResolUtion. No. 589 of
the Planning Commission, proceedings were duly commenced
for the rezoning of the property along the north side of
Third Street, between C and D streets, being more fully
described as the easterly 100 feet of Lot 10, the easterly
100 feet of the northerly 12 feet of Lot 11, Lot 11 (except
the northerly 12 feet thereof), and Lot 12 of Block 7,
Tustin City, as hsown on a map thereof recorded in Book 4,
pages 218 and 219, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
Section. 2..: The Planning' Commission duly call-
ed, noticed and held a public hearing on said proposed zone
change on October 8, 1962, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, in the City Hall, Tustln, California, At said hear-
lng LLOYD T. ABEL spoke in favor of said proposed zone
change.
The Planning Com~ission concluded that t~e best
interests of the City of Tustin and of the surrounding pro-
perty would be served by rezoning said Property to C-2.
Section 3: The Plan~ing Commission finds and
determines that said property should be rezoned C-2, and re-
commends to the City Council that said property be changed
to the C-2 Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission, held on the 8th day of October, 1962.
