RESOLUTION NO. 590
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL
THE REZONING OF PROPERTY OF CARL J. KLATT
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,
California, does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: The Planning Commission finds and de-
termines that a proper application (no. 62-109) was filed for
rezoning to C-2 the property of CARL J. KLATT, known as 17201-
17251 East 17th Street, lying between Newport Freeway and Yorba
Street, on the n~rth side of 17th Street, being the south 575
feet of the west half of Lot 14, being a portion of Block B,
A.B. Chapman Tract, excepting the Newport Freeway. Book 102,
Page 20, Parcel 75.
5eot.!on ,2~: The Planning Commission duly held a
regularly called and noticed public hearing on said application
on September 24, 1962, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, Tustin, California. At said hearing Mr.
Bob Wild spoke on behalf of the property owner.
S.ection ~_: The Planning Commission finds and de-
termines that it is in the best interests of the City of Tus-
tin, the subject property and the area surrounding, that the
subject property be rezoned to C-1, and recommends to the
City Council that said property be changed to the C-1 Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, held on the 24th
day of September 1962'
