RESOLUTION NO. 587
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT UPON THE APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF
JACOBSON BROS., INC.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin here-
by resolves as follows:
Section 1' The Planning Commission finds and de-
termines that a proper application for a Conditional Use Per-
mit was filed on behalf of JACOBSON BROS., INC., for the gran-
ting of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the erection and main-
tenance of one lOx 15 double-faced sign on Lot 57, one 8 x 12
single-faced sign on Lot 54; fifteen 2 x 3 feature signs in
various places in the tract, and to use the garage o'n Lot 51
as a temporary tract, sales office, upon the property on the
south side of Irvine Boulevard, between Newport Boulevard and
Red Hill Avenue, more specifically described as : Lots 1, 51,
54, and 57 of Tract 4521.
Sectio~ 2.: The Planning Commission duly called,
noticed and h~ld a public hearing on said Application (62-!19),
on September 11, 1962, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, Tustin, California, all in accordance with
Ordinance No. 157, as amended.
Section 3: The Planning Commission finds and de-
termines that the granting of a Conditional Use Permit as ap-
plied for will not be detrimental to the public welfa're or
injurious to the property or improvements in the district
where the property is located, and that it is in keeping
with the general plan of the City of Tustin to grant said
Conditional Use Permit.
Se.o.ti0~ 4: A Conditional Use Permit as applied
for is hereby granted and approved, for a period of one year.
PAqSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held
on the 11th day of September, 1962.
