HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 582 RESOLUTION NO. 582 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANT- ING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON THE APPLI- CATION OF PAUL BONSER, FOR A SIGN. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustln, California, resolves as follows: Seot!0~l.. 1: The Planning Commission finds and determines that a proper Application for a Conditional Use Permit (No. 62-118), was filed on behalf of PAUL BONSER for a sign at the northeast corner of Tustin and Newport Avenues, more particularly described as the tri- angular lot in Section 20, Township 5, Rathe 9, bounded on the west by Tustin Avenue, on the east by Newport Ave- nue, and on the north by the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad. Section 2: The Planning Commission of the City of Tustln duly called a hearing on the proposed Conditional Use Permit for August 2?, 1962, at ?:30 P.M., in the Coun- cil Chambers of the City Hall, Tustin, California, all in accordance with 0rdinanoe No. 157, as amended, of the City of Tustin. Said hearing was duly held. Seo~.ion 3: The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin finds and determines that the granting of a Con- dltlonal Use Permit as applied for will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or im- provements in the district where the property is located, and that it is in keeping with the general plan of the City of Tustin to grant said Conditional Use Permit. Secti0ul% ~: A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted, as applied for, subject to the following: (a) ~100.00 cash bond to be deposited with the City Clerk to guarantee removal of the sign after one year; (b) Sign to be permitted for a period of one year from date of the adSption of this Re s o lut i on. (c) The lowest part of said sign to be not less 184 than twelve feet above the railroad track adjacent to said sign.
