RESOLUTION NO. 572
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UPON THE APPLICATION
OF DIXON W TUBBS, TRUSTEE.
The Planning Commission of the Cit% of Tustin,
California, does hereby resolve as follows'
Section.l' The Planning Commission of .the City
of Tustin, finds'and determines that a proper application for
a conditional use permit was filed by DIXON W. TI/BBS, TRUSTEE,
for the granting of a conditional use permit to allow the con-
struction of a temporary real estate sales directional sign
upon the property located on the northeast corner of Tustin
and First Streets, Tustin, California, more particularly des-
cribed as '
A parcel of land in the Felipe Yorba Allot-
ment described as follows'
1.87 acres of land, bounded on the south by
First Street, and on the west by' Tustin
Avenue (Assessor's Parcel No. 62-140-43).
Section 2' The Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin duly called a public hearing on the proposed conditional
use permitfor July 9, 1962, at 7'30 P.M., in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, Tustin, California, all in accordance with
Ordinance No. 157 of the City of Tustin, as amended. Said hear-
ing was duly held, and at said hearing all persons desiring to
be heard spoke upon said conditional use permit.
SectiQn .3: The Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin finds and determines that the granting of a conditional
use permit as applied for will not be detrimental to public
welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in the
district where the property is located, and that it is in
keeping with the general plan of the City of Tustin to grant
said conditional use permit.

Section 4: A conditional use permit is hereby granted
for the erection of a temporary real estate sales directional
sign, 10 feet by 20 feet, with the lower line of said sign to
be located approximately ten feet above the ground. Said sign
to be located as shown on plot plan filed with the application.
The granting of this conditional use permit is subject to the
·
following conditions:
1. The period for which said sign is allowed is one
year, and at the end' of one year it is to be removed;
2. The applicant is to post a ~100.00 cash bond with
the City of Tustin, to guarantee removal of the sign at the end
of the aforesaid one-year period.
PASSED AND ADOYTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 9th
day of July, 1962.
