HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 570RESOLUTI0 NO. 570 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RE- COMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE RE- ZONING OF THE PROPERTY OF DON B. CHRISTESON The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does resolve as follows' Section 1' The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin finds and determines that a proper application for re- zoning has been filed by DON B. CHRISTESON, the owner of the property described as' The SW~ of Lot "M" of "Stafford and Tustin Tract" as showh on the Map recorded in Book 2, Pages 618 and 619 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Los Angeles County, California. Seotion 2: The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin duly called a hearing on said application for rezoning on June I1, 1962, at ?'30 P.M., in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Tustin, California, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 157 of the City of Tustin. Said hearing was duly held. Names of the persons appearing and speaking at said hearing were: Don B. Christeson At said hearing evidence was introduced that the property was classified as R-4 in the County, prior to its annexation to the City of Tustin; that the City of Tustin does not have an R_l~ D~strict, and that the property owner ?las requested the rezoning of said property to R-3. The Planning Commission concluded that the best interests of the City of Tustin and the surrounding property will be served by rezoning said property to P-D. Section 3' The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin finds and determines that said property should be re- zoned P_D, and recommends to the City Council to change the said property to the P-D Zone. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 11th day of June, 1962.
