RESOLUTION NO. 568
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
TO THE CITY COUNCIL REZONING OF THE PROPERTY
OF PANNELL TO P-M ZONE.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin,
California, does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: The Planning Commission of the
City of Tustin finds and determines that a proper application
for rezoning has been filed on behalf of ALICE PANNELL, CLARENCE
0. PANNELL, HARRY E. PANNELL, AND GLADYS PANNELL, the owners
of property facing Newport Avenue, 700 feet south of Sycamore
and 200 feet north of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad
property, being more particularly described as:
That portion of Lot 64 in Block ll of
IRVING SUBDIVISION partly in the City
of Tustin, all in the County of Orange,
State of California, as per Map recorded
in Book l, Page 88, of Miscellaneous
Record Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange, State
of California.
Section 2: The Planning Commission of the
City of Tustin duly called a hearing on said application for
June 1], 1962, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall, Tustin, California, all in accordance with Ordinance
No. 157 of the City of Tustin. Said hearing was duly held,
and at said hearing interested persons spoke upon said applica-
tion. The names of the persons appearing and speaking at said
hearing were:
Willard Poole, speaking on behalf of the
owners.
The Planning Commission concluded that the
best interests of the City of Tustin and the surrounding
property would be served by rezoning the said property
to the P-M Zone.

Section 3: The Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin finds and determines that said property should be zoned
P_M, and recommends to the City Council that it change the
said property to the P-M Zone.
~ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held
on the 11th day of June, 1962.
